Create accounts

Supported formats: name,email,password,quota, email,password, or a header row with email/name/password/quota columns (also accepts .xlsx / .xls). Quota accepts 1 GB, 500 MB, etc. IceWarp exports (tab-separated) are auto-detected — email, display name and quota (rounded up to the nearest GB) are picked up automatically.

Upload accounts to migrate

Accounts here are migrated only — nothing is created on iRedMail. Use the same CSV/Excel formats as the Create tab. The shared source below (host/port) is stored on the job and overrides the server default for all its accounts.

Run migration on existing jobs

Pick a job whose accounts already exist (created or migrated). Set one shared source for the whole job, or leave the fields empty to use the server default.

Configuration comes from the .env file on the server. Retries run automatically (create:  attempts, migrate: ), then failed items can be retried from the Results tab.
